Our client, a dynamic and fast growing FinTech company, is seeking to employ a Payments Support Agent to further support their expanding customer service team.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Customer support experience, ideally within a payments or merchant related field
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads 
• Detail oriented, self motivated and organised
• Possess excellent communication skills and command (both verbal and written) in English, and ideally an additional European language 
• Highly competent in MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years experience within a support or customer service role.
