Our client, a large and expanding payments software firm, is seeking to recruit an Office & Facilities Administrator to join their team and organise all internal administrative requirements. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or front office position, ideally with knowledge of facilities management 
  • Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Possess a positive and pro-active character 
  • Exemplary organisational abilities and meticulous
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English, and ideally Maltese 
  • IT proficient especially with MS Office software


Applicants must possess a minimum 1 year experience in an administration or reception based role. Experience or knowledge of facilities management will be considered highly advantageous.
