Our Client, a highly reputable Consulting firm assisting on legal and regulatory matters, is seeking a Junior Lawyer to join their Corporate team. Reporting to the General Manager, this is a challenging and rewarding position and offers the opportunity of further professional development.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Licence to practice law in Malta 
• Knowledge of corporate and company law
• Familiarity with regulatory bodies and working procedures 
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Maltese with excellent communication and client facing skills
• Deadline driven, pro active and ambitious

Applicants must hold an LL.D from the University of Malta, and possess at least 1 year experience in Maltese corporate and company law.
