Our client, a large and well established distributor, is seeking a Part Time Office Clerk to work mornings and manage the front desk while supporting all office workings.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or front desk role
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner 
  • A friendly and positive character
  • Well organised with strong administrative abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Highly competent with MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a Part Time basis, and working hours ideally between 8.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility. 

Applicants should possess a minimum O-level standard of education and have Administration experience, ideally within an Accounts/Finance department. Knowledge of SAGE would be considered favourably.
