A dynamic and fast growing Financial and ecommerce related company is seeking to employ a Client Relations Officer to further strengthen the team and support their expanding client base.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Customer support experience, ideally within a banking, finance or technology related field
• Possess excellent communication skills and command (both verbal and especially written) in English 
• Ability to analyse data, multi-task and prioritize workloads 
• Detail oriented, self motivated and organised
• Highly competent in MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year experience within a support or customer service role. This position is on a full time basis and involves shift work including some evenings and occasional weekends. A highly attractive salary is being offered to the right candidate.
