Our client, a large and well known Corporate Services firm, is seeking to recruit a Secretary to assist with all administrative responsibilities and to provide secretarial support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Secretarial or Administration role
- Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
- A professional, positive and outgoing character
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English and Maltese
- Highly competent with MS Office software
Applicants should ideally possess work experience within the Finance, Banking or Legal sector. Secretarial qualifications would be considered an asset.
