Our client, a leading leisure related company, is seeking to recruit an Administration Executive/ Receptionist to support management and assist with all administration and front desk related duties. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Work experience in an Administrative or Front Office role 
  • Friendly, positive and hard working 
  • Self motivated and able to multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork and customer services abilities
  • Good communication skills with an excellent command of Maltese and English 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should possess at least an O-level standard of education and have a minimum 1 year Administration or Front Office related experience. 
Candidates must have their own transport and be able to work 6-days a week with flexibility in their working hours as this position includes shift work.
