A dynamic and fast growing Financial and ecommerce related company is seeking to employ a Chargebacks Officer to support the team and growing client base.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Customer/Client support skills and experience, ideally within a banking, finance or commerce related field
• Possess excellent communication skills and command (both verbal and especially written) in English 
• Ability to analyse data, multi-task and prioritize workloads 
• Detail oriented, self motivated and organised
• Highly competent in MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year experience within an administrative support or customer service role, and have a keen interest in analysis and research, especially within the payments related industry. An attractive salary is being offered to the right candidate.
