Our client, an international financial trading company, is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal & Compliance Officer to support both departments and assist with all operational aspects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Financial Services or Legal studies
- Theoretical knowledge of Regulatory workings, Contract Law, and Due Diligence
- Administration, research and project skills
- Initiative and drive with a positive character
- Meticulous with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS Office
Applicants must possess either a Degree (and ideally studying for a Masters) in either Financial Services, or Legal Studies with a focus and interest in Finance. Previous hands on experience in Compliance, Legal workings, Contract Law or Regulatary aspects is not required, but would be considered an advantage.
This role is being offered on a Full Time basis and ongoing training and development will be provided.
