Our client, a well known branded jewellery retailer, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator on a reduced hours basis to support management and assist with all administration related duties. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Work experience in an Administrative role 
  • Meticulous and hard working 
  • Self motivated and able to multi-task
  • Excellent teamwork focus and abilities
  • Good communication skills with an excellent command of English, and ideally Maltese 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should possess at least an O-level standard of education and have a minimum 1 year Administration related experience. 
This position is offered on a Reduced Hours basis, working 8am to 3pm Monday to Friday, and offers the opportunity to learn and develop skills within ecommerce and brand management.
