A large and growing audit and advisory firm is seeking an Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, meet and greet clients, and handle all incoming and internal calls.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Reception or Front Desk role
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
  • Well organised with a friendly and positive character
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Good level of competence with MS Office software, especially in MS Word

 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be friendly, reliable and highly responsible. This position is offered on a full time basis with working hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
