A small company which deals with the importation of electronic items is seeking a Part Time Administrator to assist with office operations and administration support. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in an administrative or supporting secretarial role 
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
  • Fluency in English and ideally Maltese 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

This position is being offered on a Part Time basis of 15 to 20 hours a week, with flexible working times, the option to work some hours from home, and paying €7.00 euros per hour. 
Applicants should have a minimum 1 year experience in an administration based position.
