An international financial services & trading company is seeking to employ an Italian speaking Customer Service and Sales Assistant to build on their existing Italian team with immediate effect. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Italian with advanced level of English 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills  
• Confident telephone manner and professionalism 
• Sales oriented with an interest in financial markets
• Proactive character with ability to work well in a team
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants must be fluent in both English and Italian and have experience within a similar customer service role, ideally within the Finance/Investment sector. Knowledge of additional European languages would be considered an asset.
