Our client, a Legal firm specialising in Corporate and Commercial law, is seeking to employ an Administration Executive on a Full Time or Part Time basis, to oversee administrative and basic accounts requirements, and assist with Corporate Services related work.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative, Secretarial or Accounts position
  • Knowledge of day to day Bookkeeping requirements, at a basic or intermediate level
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English 
  • Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Proficient in MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a Full Time basis, but candidates seeking a Part Time or Reduced Hours position of 20-30 hours each week will be considered (with working hours between 10.30am and 3.30pm). Applicants should possess at least 2 years in an Administrative, Secretarial or similar role with basic accounts knowledge, and experience within a Finance or Corporate environment will be considered favourably.
