An international financial trading company, is seeking to recruit a Compliance Manager to oversee and ensure smooth operations of the department.. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working in Regulated Investment Services, drafting and updating of policies, Contract Law, and Due Diligence 
• Highly knowledgeable in all areas of Compliance and complex regulatory framework
• Initiative and drive with a positive character 
• Meticulous with strong organisational abilities  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS Office

 

Previous experience in a regulated Investment Services environment is required, and applicants should possess a Degree (ideally a Masters) related to either Financial Services or Legal Studies. Experience in banking and payments would be considered an asset.
