A Legal firm specialising in Corporate and Commercial law is seeking to employ an Office Administrator on a Part Time basis of 25 to 30 hours a week to oversee all administrative requirements and office operations.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative or Secretarial position
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Fluent in English and ideally Maltese
  • Knowledge of day to day basic Bookkeeping requirements
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a part time basis with working hours between either 11.00 or 12.00 until 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. 
Applicants should possess at least 2 years in an Administrative, Secretarial or similar role with basic accounts knowledge. Experience within a Legal, Finance or Corporate environment will be considered favourably.
