Salary:     €7.70+ per hour

A well established Corporate Services provider, focused on legal and financial assistance, is seeking a Part Time Administration Executive/Receptionist with excellent organisational skills to support all office requirements, working 20 hours a week on a permanent basis.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working within Administrative or Front Desk based role
  • Organised with a friendly and positive character
  • Flexible, dynamic and a team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient, especially with MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and at least 2 years experience within a Front Desk or Administrative post.
This position is being offered on a Permanent Part Time basis with hours of work ideally in the afternoon, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility of working hours is possible, and with the opportunity for the role to become full time in the future.
