A leading and highly reputable Law firm is seeking to recruit an experienced and driven Lawyer to join the Civil and Corporate/Commercial Law department.

 

Candidate requirements:

• Licence to practice law in Malta 
• Experience of Civil and Corporate litigation 
• Strong familiarity with asset & corporate finance, trusts & foundations, and the drafting & negotation of contracts 
• Fluency in English and Maltese 
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deadline driven, proactive and ambitious

 

Applicants must possess a licence to practice law in Malta and have at least 2+ years of Legal experience within either Corporate, Civil or Financial Services sectors. A Masters in Law degree would be considered highly advantageous.
