The service team of a well known Retail firm, forming part of an established group of companies, is looking to employ an efficient and Administration Assistant to join their team and ensure optimal service levels.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative or Customer Service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with good administrative abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Proficient in MS Office software

 

Applicants should ideally have an A-level standard of education and at least 1 year experience in an Administration, Customer Services or Retail position.
