A growing Corporate Services firm is looking to recruit a Senior Legal & Corporate Executive to oversee company portofolios and assist with contract drafting and reviewing, compliance matters, and legal agreements.

 

Candidate requirements:

• Experience within a Corporate, Compliance or Legal entity, ideally at senior level
• Highly knowledgeable in all areas of incorporation of companies & trusts, KYC and due diligence processes, residence applications, Registry of Companies and MFSA dealings
• Initiative and drive with a positive character 
• Meticulous with strong organisational abilities  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English

 

Applicants should possess a Degree, ideally within Business, Finance or Law, and hold at least 2 years+ experience within a Corporate or Legal environment. This position is offered on a full time basis with excellent opportunities within a growing international firm.
