An international financial services company is seeking to recruit a Spanish speaking Customer Service & Support Representative to build on their existing team with immediate effect. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish with an advanced level of English 
• Excellent customer service and communication skills  
• Confident telephone manner and professionalism 
• Proactive character with ability to work well in a team
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and possess a very good level of English, and hold experience within a similar customer service role, ideally within the Finance/Investment sector. Knowledge of additional European languages would be considered an asset.
