Our client, a large and well known Corporate Services firm, is seeking to recruit a Secretary/PA to assist with all administrative responsibilities and to provide Secretarial support to Directors and Senior level. 

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Secretarial, PA or Administrative role 
  • Highly organised and meticulous with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • A professional, positive and outgoing character
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluency in English and Maltese
  • Highly competent with MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess at least 2 years secretarial or administrative work experience, ideally within the Finance, Banking or Legal sector. Secretarial qualifications would be considered an asset.
