A large and expanding Financial services company is seeking to recruit an HR Senior Manager to oversee recruitment, training programs, payroll, and the ongoing development of HR policies and procedures within the firm.

 

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a Corporate or Financial environment
• Extensive knowledge of HR policies & procedures, development & training of staff, KPI reviews, and HR strategy implementation
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
• Excellent planning and administration skills with project support experience 
• Fluent / Advanced command of English and ideally Maltese
• IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should possess at least 3 years HR experience at management level, and HR related qualifications will be considered favourably along with experience within a professional services organisation.
