A corporate services company is seeking to recruit a Corporate Lawyer with immediate effect.

Candidates must have the following attributes:

• Experience and knowledge of drafting commercial contracts
• Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English 
• Deadline driven and highly reliable
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills

 

Applicants must possess a current licence to practice law in Malta and have at least 2 years experience as an in-house lawyer. Knowledge of commercial and corporate law would be considered an asset.
This position will involve some travel and is offered on a full time basis.
