Our client, a successful and highly respected Law firm, is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to support the Intellectual Property and Citizenship & Immigration departments and ensure increased office efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in an administration position
- Knowledge of or interest in record keeping, spreadsheets and general office support duties
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative and in a team
- Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
- Highly competent with MS Office software
This position is being offered on a Full Time basis and would suit either an experienced Administrator or a Junior clerk looking to develop their office skills. Experience within a Finance, Banking or Corporate environment would be advantageous.
