A successful and highly respected Law firm is seeking to recruit an Office Receptionist to manage the front desk, welcome clients and take calls, and assisting with the administrative requirements of the office.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Front Desk, Reception or Administrative position
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • 'A' Level standard of education
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be friendly, reliable and flexible with their work approach. This position, which would also suit someone with the required skills seeking an entry level role, is offered on a permanent full time basis with working hours from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
