Salary:     to €18,000 per annum (FT) / €9.00+ per hour (PT)

A well established Corporate Services provider focused on legal and financial assistance is seeking an Administration Executive/Receptionist with excellent organisational skills to support all office requirements, and working on either a Full Time or Part Time (20 hours a week) permanent basis.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working within an Administrative or Front Desk based role
  • Organised with a friendly and positive character
  • Flexible, dynamic and a team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient, especially with MS Office software

 

Applicants should ideally possess a minimum A-level education, and at least 2 years experience within a Front Desk or Administrative post.
This position is being offered on either a Full Time basis (8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday) or a Part Time basis (mornings, Monday to Friday).
