A large and highly reputable group of companies, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Human Resources Manager and HR department. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or Secretary 
  • Organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
  • Pro-active character with a flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Maltese
  • Advanced IT proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially with MS Excel

 

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience in a Personal Assistant or similar position, and preferably within a large organisation. The ideal candidate would be an experienced and flexible PA, or a University graduate looking to develop their skills and business knowledge in this diverse and busy role. Experience within HR would be considered an advantage.
