Our client, a growing International Corporate Services firm, is looking to recruit a Deputy Managing Director to be in charge of client portfolios while overseeing and supporting a team of corporate administrators to ensure the highest service levels.

 

Candidate requirements:

• 4 years+ experience within a Corporate, Compliance or Legal entity at senior level
• Extensive knowledge in all areas of Corporate Administration, incorporation of companies & trusts, KYC and due diligence processes, residence applications, Registry of Companies and MFSA dealings
• Initiative and drive with a positive character
• Excellent team leadership abilities 
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, and ideally further languages 

 

Applicants should hold a relevant professional qualification (such as STEP or ICSA) and possess a Degree, ideally within Business, Finance or Law. Candidates are expected to possess at least 4 years experience within the fiduciary services industry at senior level.
