A well established sports and fashion retailer representing a number of well known international brands, is seeking to employ an Operations Administrator to oversee the inventory process and support the Operations Team.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Administrative or Logistics based role
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused and professional
  • A friendly, positive and reliable character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • Competent with MS office applications, and ideally Winsims Stock Inventory system software

 

Applicants must have experience within an Administrative position. Knowledge of logistics, import/export workings, documentation, and data manipulation will be considered highly advantageous.
