A fast growing and highly successful online software firm is currently seeking a Freelance Paralegal/Legal Procurator to work remotely, on a Part Time basis of 10 to 15 hours a week, and provide legal assistance to the legal counsel.

 

Candidate requirements:

• Bachelors Law degree (European)
• Experience and strong familiarity with legal documents including contracts, Data processing agreements, NDA's, vendor & partner agreements, and addendums
• Highly meticulous and deadline oriented 
• Self motivated and organised
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

 

This position is being offered on a part time basis, working remotely, and with a committment of 10 to 15 hours a week divided from Monday to Friday.
Applicants should possess at least 2 years Legal experience, ideally with extensive knowledge in the areas of Data Protection Legislation (GDPR and EU-US privacy shield), EU Laws, and standard contractual agreements.
