A well established and diverse group of companies with a focus on the building industry market, is seeking an efficient and pro active Office Administration Clerk to join their team.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in an Administration or Secretarial role
- Basic Book keeping knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly reliable and efficient
- Well organised with good administrative abilities and attention to detail
- Team player
- Fluent in English, and ideally Maltese
- Proficient in MS Office software
Applicants should have a minimum O-level standard of education, ideally with Accounts, and at least 1 year experience in an Administration related position.
This position is being offered on a Full Time basis, with working hours between 8.00am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
