A highly successful medium sized firm providing Architectural Solutions is seeking an Office Administrator/Secretary with excellent organisational skills to support the Managers and handle office administration needs.
Candidate requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in an Administration or Secretarial role, with basic Accounts and HR knowledge
- Organised with a friendly and positive character
- Flexible, dynamic and a team player
- Highly reliable with a good level of maturity
- Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese, with good communication skills
- IT proficient, especially with MS Office software, and ideally SAGE
Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and at least 3 years experience within an Administrative or Secretarial post.
This position is being offered on a full time basis, and candidates with accounts experience and knowledge of SAGE software will be considered favourably.
