A growing International Corporate Services firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to compliment their growing team and successfully manage client portfolios.
Candidate requirements:
- 2 years+ experience within the Corporate or Financial sector
- Extensive knowledge in all areas of Corporate Administration including the incorporation of companies & trusts, documentation management, client portfolios, KYC and due diligence processes, Registry of Companies dealings
- Initiative and drive with a positive character
- Well versed in compliance & regulatory requirements
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, and ideally other European languages
Applicants should ideally possess a Degree within Business or Finance, and hold at least 2 years+ experience within a Corporate or Legal environment. This position is offered on a full time basis with excellent opportunities within a growing international firm.
Knowledge of Aircraft registration, and/or Fluency in additional European languages (especially German) would be considered favourably.
