Our client, a leading and international professional software company, is seeking to recruit an Accounts/Administration Clerk to strengthen and support the finance department.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an Administrative and/or Accounts position
  • Familiarity with reconciliations, postings, invoicing, and general accounts administration
  • Highly meticulous, thorough in work and well organised 
  • Pro active and positive team member player
  • Fluent in English and Maltese
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS Excel

 

Applicants must possess at least an O' Level or AAT Diploma in Accounts, along with at least 1 year of experience within an Administrative or Accounts focused role. Familiarity of Shireburn software will be considered highly advantageous.
