A well known Property company, forming part of a highly successful  international brand, is seeking to recruit a Branch Secretary/Office Administrator to join their team and provide office operations and administration support.  

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in an administrative or supporting secretarial role 
  • Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail, and able to work on own initiative
  • Highly presentable with excellent customer service skills
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese 
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year experience in an administration, secretarial or front office position, and secretarial qualifications will be considered favourably.
