Our client, a dynamic and fast growing ecommerce related Financial company, is seeking to employ an Office Administrator to join and strengthen their Front Office and Administrative team.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Secretarial role
  • Highly organised, with a friendly and positive character
  • Dynamic team player and meticulous
  • Excellent communication skills and Fluency in English, as well as ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient, especially with MS Office software, and ideally Google Calendar

 

Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and at least 1 years experience within an Administrative or Secretarial post.
