Salary:     €11.00+ per hour

A small boutique Financial services company, with a focus in Gaming Consultancy, is seeking to recruit a PA & Accounts Administrator on a Part Time basis of 20 hours a week, supporting Senior level staff and assist with all office operations and basic accounts.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in a PA, Administative or Secretarial role, ideally within a Corporate/Financial environment
  • Accounts experience, and ideally some Payroll knowledge
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Fluent in English, and ideally another European language
  • Competent with MS Office software

 

This position is being offered on a Part Time basis of 15 to 20 hours per week, ideally on a Monday to Friday basis but with flexibility of working days and hours and the possibility of some remote working hours.

Applicants must have a good working knowledge of Accounts, and should ideally possess previous work experience in an Administrative, PA, or Secretarial role. Experience within a Finance / Corporate environment will be considered favourably.
