Our Client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to recruit a Customer Care Officer for their Gozo office.
Candidate requirements:
- Fluent in both Maltese and English
- Experience working in a customer care / customer support position, ideally front office
- Possess a friendly, outgoing and positive manner, and be highly presentable
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
- IT proficient with a good working knowledge of MS Office
The role is offered on a full time basis and includes daytime shift work between Monday and Friday as well as Saturday mornings.
Experience within financial services, and/or possessing a secretarial diploma would be considered an asset.
