Our client, a well established building supplies company, is seeking an Office Clerk to assist the Sales and Front Office staff with all administrative requirements.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administration, reception or retail based role
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner 
  • Highly reliable with a good level of maturity
  • Team player
  • Well organised with good administrative abilities and attention to detail
  • Fluent in Maltese and English
  • Proficient in MS Office software

 

Applicants should possess a minimum O-level standard of education and possess previous Administration experience. This position is being offered on a Full Time basis, with working hours between 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
