Our Client, a medium sized corporate services consultancy, is seeking to recruit an Administrator/Secretary on a Full Time basis to assist the Client Accounting department in the preparation and processing of documentation, and support all office administrative requirements.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in an Administrative or Secretarial based role, and hands on knowledge with documentation management, internal communications, and general administration duties and office management
- Ideally some experience working with basic Accounts
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Team player and able to work under own initiative
- Excellent communication abilities and fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
- Highly proficient in MS Office software, especially MS Excel
Applicants should possess a minimum A-level education, and have experience in either an Administration or Secretarial position, ideally within an Accounts, Corporate or Financial Services related company. Experience in basic Accounting would be considered an asset.
