Our client, a highly prestigious Legal & Corporate Professional Services firm, is seeking to recruit a Lawyer in either an Associate or Senior Associate capacity, to join and strengthen their Corporate legal team and provide professional support to their international client base.
Candidate requirements:
- Post qualification experience within a law firm of 2 to 5 years (Associate position); or 7 years+ (Senior Associate)
- Legal advice experience in areas of commercial agreements, property-related matters, company formation, corporate governance, shareholder agreements and regulatory matters
- Document management proficiency with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Deadline driven, proactive and a team player
- Fluency in English and Maltese
Applicants must possess a licence to practice law in Malta and have 2+ years legal experience for the Associate vacancy, or 7+ years for the Senior Associate role, both ideally within Corporate or Financial Services related area.
