Our client, a well known established home furnishings company, is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to oversee all Reception requirements and assist with Administration and After Sales care.

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience working in a Front Desk, Office, or Customer Care position
  • Excellent communications skills and telephone manner 
  • Customer service focused with problem solving skills
  • A positive, energetic & outgoing character
  • Highly organised with good administrative capabilities and confidence
  • Fluent in English and ideally Maltese
  • Good level of competence with MS office applications 

 

Candidates should have experience within a Customer Services, Front Desk or Office position, be of a confident and friendly nature with excellent problem solving abilities. A good level of written and spoken English is required.
This position is offered on a Full Time basis with working hours from 9.30am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
