Our client, a large and internationally renowned company, is seeking to recruit an Administration Executive to assist Senior Management with all office operations, general organisational needs and administrative requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in an Administative, PA or Secretarial role
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Diary and meeting management capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills
- A good command of written and spoken English, and Maltese
- Highly competent with MS Office software
Applicants should possess at least 3 years previous experience in a PA, Secretarial or Administration role, and have an advanced level of English and Maltese, along with excellent business communication skills. A valid driving licence and own car would be a requirement for this position.
