A large and highly regarded Professional Services Company is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator, either a recent graduate or with direct experience, to compliment their growing team and oversee client portfolios. 

 

Candidate requirements:

  • Exemplary administration abilities and ideally experience within a Corporate or Financial Services environment
  • Knowledge of Maltese company law, statutory obligations, and company registers
  • Awareness of due diligence/compliance checks and financial procedures
  • Possess excellent client communication skills
  • Highly meticulous, hardworking, and able to multi task
  • Fluency in English, and ideally Maltese
  • IT proficient with a solid working knowledge of MS office

 

Applicants should possess some experience in a Corporate or Financial Services related administrative position and ideally educated to degree level. Recent business & finance related graduates are also welcome for consideration.
