Our client, one of Malta's leading insurance agencies, is looking to recruit a full time Customer Care Associate.
Candidate Requirements:
- An advanced level of education and preferably an ordinary level in biology
- IT proficiency including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Have the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
- Have a positive attitude
