Our client, an international design and architectural firm, is looking to recruit an Office Administrator.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in an Administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document creation, and record-keeping
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
This position is being offered on a full time basis. Work Experience in a similar company would be considered an asset.
