Our client, a leader in liveability solutions that has ventured into various areas including mobility, automative, property, engineering and technology amongst others, is looking to recruit a Legal Counsel to join the team.

Candidate Requirements:

• Doctorate of Laws or a comparable legal degree and have the Warrant to practice law in Malta
• At least 2-3 years of cumulative legal practice full-time experience in a law firm, as in-house counsel or as a commercial lawyer
• Practical experience in corporate and commercial law, employment and/or data protection laws will be considered an asset
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Maltese
• Ability to communicate effectively internally and externally at all levels
• Ability to work both independently and with different teams
• Analytical, detail-oriented and structured in approach
• Practical and commercially savvy
• Able to perform under pressure and to work in a complex and changing business environment.
