Our client, a Gaming company is looking to recruit an Office Manager/PA to the CEO to play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their office while providing essential support to the CEO. The chosen candidate will be offered hybrid conditions but would need spend a good amount of time at the office. 

Candidate requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of office management or PA experience, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • A proven track record of managing office budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Familiar with office management tools (e.g., MS Office, ClickUp) and comfortableusing them to improve efficiency.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail and a focus on improving office operations.
  • Positive, resourceful, and self-motivated – you thrive in a dynamic environment and are always looking for ways to help your team succeed.

Experience in the following areas will be considered an asset:

  • Experience working with HR processes such as onboarding and employee engagement 
  • Familiarity with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices for office management
