Our client, a well established Maltese law firm is looking to recruit a full time Receptionist/ Office Administrator to support their front of house operations.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Strong interpersonal skills both in person and over the phone
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Ability to prioritise task according to urgency
  • Excellent organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills & software
